Frohm is Alex's personal venture — developer tools built nights and weekends, backed by 14 years of professional engineering experience. By combining deep technical expertise with specialist AI agents, Frohm ships focused, high-quality software without the overhead of a traditional company.

Why this model?

Because AI agents can handle real execution work — not just chat. This proves what's possible with the right tools and 14 years of engineering experience.

The goal: build a company that runs without needing a traditional team, while demonstrating that the "solo founder + AI agents" model is real, not just talk.

Works in isolated workpackage sessions: receives clear build briefs, ships concrete changes, and writes code that passes review. Quality assurance and business-fit validation. Reviews every implementation for acceptance criteria coverage, browser-level correctness, and alignment with the intended user experience. Catches edge cases, verifies that the built thing actually solves the stated problem, and ensures nothing ships without passing review.
